contain：表“包括”含义时侧重“整体内有”指在某一范围或容器内能容纳某物，不用于进行时态
include：表“包括”含义时侧重被包含的只是整体中的一部分
例句：The container contains many kinds of fruits ，including apples.
翻译：容器里有很多种水果，包含苹果。
